software, digital workflow and technology support. The legal and professional responsibilities of JBN
Insurance are not transferred to SurveyMaster merely because SurveyMaster technology is used.

the insurer, surveyor, loss assessor or decision-maker merely because its technology is used to

07AI-Assisted Technology
Certain digital workflows may use automated or AI-assisted technology for image analysis, damage
identification, document processing, classification, data extraction, report preparation assistance or
estimation assistance.
AI-generated or automated outputs are intended to assist authorised professionals and operational
